Cheryl is a Singaporean therapist residing in California. She is both a registered SAC counsellor and licensed therapist in California. Proudly diagnosed with ADHD in the ‘90s she has not only journeyed with personal neurodivergence but also developed a specific TA inspired approach to working with the ADHD population. Her work is an integration of Jungian-based Expressive Arts Therapy, Transactional Analysis and Relational/Systemic orientations. She believes in an alchemy of depth, pragmatism and compassion. Her practice is queer affirming, immigrant empowering and dedicated to global diversity, equity and inclusion.
About the workshop
A brief understanding and critique of current ADHD assessment & diagnosis will be offered, followed by a proposed positive framework for understanding ADHD. Various TA centric ideas and interventions will be introduced. This shared learning space is neurodiversity affirming as well as committed to diversity, equity and inclusion.

- A certificate of participation will be presented by TAA Singapore with 2 CPE-hours
- Participants will also be given a 1-year access to the edited video recording of the workshop. This link will be made available within 14-days of the workshop
