Facilitator: Keith Tudor
Keith Tudor is a CTA and TSTA in the field of psychotherapy, with strong links with the other fields of application in TA. He is professor of psychotherapy at Auckland University of Technology in Aotearoa New Zealand, and has a keen interest in the history of ideas in TA and in critical thinking. He is the author of many publications in TA, the latest of which is a book about the life and work of Claude Steiner: https://www.routledge.com/Claude-Steiner-Emotional-Activist-The-Life-and-Work-of-Claude-Michel/Tudor/p/book/9780367188818

About the workshop
This online workshop will offer a brief summary of co-creative transactional analysis (TA), and then present more recent ideas about co-creative TA, based on some research I undertook, on therapy (including counselling) being interrelational, mutual, joint, and co-operative: in essence, a partnership between the client and therapist

Learning Outcomes
  • To understand the background to the development of co-creative transactional analysis.
  • To understand the fundamental concepts of co-creative transactional analysis.
  • To appreciate the breadth of the relational approach(es) within TA.
  • To be more aware of how to work with material that is present between the client and the therapist.
  • To be able to think critically about methods that privilege action over reflection.

A certificate of participation will be presented by TAA Singapore with 2.5 CPE-hours.
