Coaching and TA workshop with P K Saru

Transactional Analysis (TA) is a potent tool, a framework, for empowerment, healing and transformation. The workshop focused on models and tools from TA, to enable coaches and counsellors to be able to build relationships with clients. Through vignettes and interactive activities, Coaches/ Counsellors learnt to set clear goals and track the intra-psychic of their clients through TA tools. Saru expanded on how TA can be used with clients to develop their self-awareness and lead to healing and autonomy.
