Captured with our big smiles *LOL*
Exploring the relationship between laughter, OK-ness and learning. We looked at some key concepts relating to laughter in TA focusing on key articles in the Transactional Analysis Journal (TAJ) and connecting that to how laughter can impact learning in individuals and groups.

Karen is a Provisional Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst in the education field (PTSTA, E). She is the Director of Learning at SeraphCorp Institute, a local leadership consultancy where she leads a faculty of adult educators and curriculum developers. She uses TA in both the design and delivery of leadership programmes for corporate executives. Coming from a country with a nascent education field in TA, Karen had to look to the United Kingdom for her TA training. Her TA journey has shown her the impact of TA in learning and leading learning and she is very excited about making educational TA learning available to others in her region.
Karen’s research interests include adult learning, learning scripts, high ability learners, teams and leadership. She is keen to conduct research on the use of TA in all these topics.
"I like to work co-creatively and emergently, so participants will be invited to notice their own experiences with laughter in different situations and, if possible, to share insights. Hopefully, there will also be healthy laughter from having a good time in learning. Come prepared to reflect, engage and build learning together!" - Karen
