Synopsis: Emotional Scripts - Combining the Script theory of Eric Berne and the meta-emotion research by John Gottman, this presentation offers a framework for looking at emotions and early script decisions. It will also provide simple and ready-to-use interventions for couples therapy and individual therapy. This webinar was held on 7 November 2020 (SGT10AM).
